These Conditions of Service govern the use of kallyon.com and purchases made from Kallyon.
Kallyon is operated by Garzette LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Conditions of Service.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are purchasing as an individual consumer for personal use.
Kallyon operates on a business-to-consumer basis.

If the order has not left the original dispatch warehouse, you may ask us to cancel it by emailing contact@kallyon.com.
If cancellation is accepted, you may place a new order with the required details.
8. Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 5 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates.
An order may be divided into several parcels, and those parcels may arrive separately.

9. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, faulty items and the Kallyon 30-Day / 30-Night Guarantee are governed by our Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy.
10. 30-Day / 30-Night Guarantee
Kallyon provides a 30-day / 30-night commercial guarantee on products sold through the website.

11. Personalised products
We may introduce personalised or made-to-order products.
Where a product is clearly personalised or made to a customer's specifications, change-of-mind cancellation and return rights may be restricted.
