Why Front Clip?

Most harnesses clip on the back, which lets your dog lean forward and pull harder. Our front-clip D-ring redirects their momentum sideways, breaking the forward drive without yanking or choking. It's the same principle vets and trainers recommend - built into the harness.

FAQ

Will this actually stop my dog pulling?

The front-clip design redirects your dog's pulling force sideways instead of letting them drive forward. Most owners notice a significant difference on the first walk. It won't eliminate pulling overnight no harness can but it makes every walk more manageable and gives you a foundation for building better habits

My dog is a strong puller. Will this hold?

Yes. Reinforced stitching, metal D-rings, and secure buckles are built for dogs that pull hard. The front-clip redirection means you're working with physics, not fighting against your dog's strength. Owners of Labradors, Staffies, German Shepherds, and other strong breeds use this daily

What if it doesn't fit my dog?

Measure your dog's chest at the widest point (just behind the front legs) and check our sizing chart. If you're between sizes, go up. Four adjustable straps let you dial in a precise fit. If the size is wrong, return it within 40 days for a free exchange or full refund.

My dog hates having things put over their head. Is this easy to put on?

The Kallyon Harness is much comfier for your dog than a collar or a cheap amazon alternative. Most dogs accept it within 1-2 uses. If your dog is gear-shy, try leaving it near their bed with treats on it for a day before the first walk.

What's the difference between the front clip and back clip?

Front clip = Training Mode. Use this when your dog pulls, during training, or in busy areas. It redirects their momentum sideways.

Back clip = Adventure Mode. Use this for relaxed walks, off-peak times, or once your dog walks well on a loose lead. Both D-rings are included on every harness.

Do I still need to train my dog?

The harness is a tool, not a replacement for training. What it does is make training possible in real life- fewer chaotic lunges, fewer injuries, more opportunities to reward good walking. Think of it as the thing that gives you breathing room to actually work on behaviour.
